London Fields Yoga is intended to be an open, honest place where people can come together for a shared interest in yoga , creativity and wellbeing – all at affordable prices. 

Our smaller class & workshops sizes ( 12 max) allow for a unique student focused approach to teaching yoga- offering direct feedback and supportive assists in every class.  We focus on breathing, energetic alignment, asana,  mantra,  mudra, bandha, flow state, yogic philosophy , mindfulness, relaxation and  embracing the primordial creative energy- Shakti and expanding consiousness- Shiva. 

We offer plenty of beginners yoga throughout the week as well as open classes for more experienced practitioner's with a stronger physical challenge, explorations in pranayama and guided meditation - we hope to create a space where you can grow with your yoga practice. Coming Soon- focused and creative workshops, gatherings immersions for a deeper dive in to yoga, soul connection and spiritual community !

Daily yoga classes are offered for every level with dedicated, experienced and welcoming teachers to guide you. The style of yoga varies with each teacher bringing their interpretation to the practice, drawing from the ancient well of knowledge.
