London Fields Yoga is intended to be an open, honest place where people can come together for a shared interest in yoga , creativity and wellbeing – all at affordable prices.
We offer unique student focused approach to teaching yoga- offering direct feedback and supportive assists in every class. We focus on breathing, energetic alignment, asana, mantra, mudra, bandha, flow state, yogic philosophy , mindfulness, relaxation.
We offer a beginners yoga class and an open class for more experienced practitioner's with a stronger physical challenge, explorations in pranayama and guided meditation - we hope to create a space where you can grow with your yoga practice. Coming Soon- focused and creative workshops, gatherings immersions for a deeper dive in to yoga, soul connection and spiritual community !
